Yes agree Lexi. With remarks like "We didn't play particularly well" oh dear !
The players are too familiar with Nugent. They refer to him as "Nuge".
The Manager must be the boss, the players have to respect the manager, do as they are told, fear his displeasure and most of all have total confidence in the "boss". He should have been hopping mad during that interview and saying what needs to change etc. I had previously posted to give Nuge until Christmas but the reports of players arguing is bad news and I don't think we can wait 2 more months. Sorry, no more Mr Nice Guy, you have to go.
Good manager wanted urgently.
