Let's not forget Slade signed this current group of players. The Italians gave him a good budget for Div 1 and he brought in rubbish, it's down to you Russell.

Milanese must have overseen the transfers after the takeover. And if he didn't what is the point of him ?

Slade may of or (may not of) made these signings either way how I see it is that these players have not performed to the expectations of there wage packets and all this bollox that is going on behind the scenes is going to unsettle a lot of people Clarke Baudry Omuzusi to name but a few who where outstanding last season have not been playing to the capacities either so do you blame Slade for that to?

I've been asking what is the point of Milanese since day 1 waste of a wage packet I think if the management had been left to there own devices we would be doing ok this guy has no track record of doing anything all he is a glorified grass for Becchetti get him out the building there's been nothing since bother since he arrived

I wouldn't say Lowry is rubbish, plus you don't turn into a rubbish player over night, something else is wrong, I'm not blaming the players, mcanuff was wanted by three championship clubs before we signed him, one of them being the team top of the championship ladder, I'm swaying towards MM being the disturbance, players clearly don't want to play for the club because of MM, it's that bad he's been told to not come into the change room before games,

He's got no business being in the changing rooms talking to the players about tactics etc - anything and everything on that must come from the manager or his immediate staff. I would have thought that as an ex-player himself MM would realise just how damaging having 2 gaffers with contradicting attitudes and opinions could be for a team. Anything he wants the squad to know should be passed through the manager. Until the team start to feel that there's someone at the helm who knows what they're doing (and given the chance without interference to show that,) then they'll keep producing sub-par performances. We've got some really good division 1 players, but along with injuries plus the clusterf**k that's been happening behind the scenes, they've hardly ever performed at their best. Get things settled from the boardroom down, and let the lads just concentrate on playing!

Exactly right, when the boardroom is well the playing side will sort it self out, just like last season, there is no need for MM to be at the club, he is a waste of space,
