Was this all one big set up to get Russell Slade out of the building because I remember even before the season started Slade commented that there where communication problems etc

When this role was announced i thought that Milanese was just waiting for Russ to go but why did it take so long for him to be appointed ?
Did no-one else want the job ?

Does this mean we will be getting a new sporting director to replace the old one.I think not,just a rues to oust existing staff and install his own men.Looking more like Leeds every day!!!!!!!

And all this bollox about Nugent been offered the Managers role on an interim basis and him having to face the press week in week out it must of been degrading for the guy not the right way to treat someone who's been a good servant to Orient over the years

If Milanese makes a balls up of it he will probably end up back in that roll. Why should he end up in that role again he has bolloxed it up first time round of Becchetti is looking for a translater then Waltham Forest Council provide them at £12 per hour |
