Myself, I'm a big fan of the Offical Orient programme. It is certainly better than some Premiership ones I have read.

I usually Skype my 2 young Daughters at half time make sure there behaving for there Mum
Don't go to the bar as I'm a non drinker and don't like fizzy soft drinks either
Every now and then more so in the colder Months I will go and partake in a cup of Bovril but refuse to spend my Money on the the bagged things that are passed off as food

Ihave a pee then purchase a bovril ( lids included lately ) come to think of it not a lot of differance between the pee and the bovril

It's been a while since the last time I went but there were usually 3 of us.My mates wife used to bring a bloody picnic,with ,over time ,has had every thing in it,from pork pies to smoked salmon,all sort's of cakes and bicky's and a big flask of hot coffee.If we didn't finish it all she used to ask anyone who was sitting near us if they wanted anything from our hamper.Around chrissy we tend to get mince pies and Christmas cake and chicken or turkey leg.

Only important question here is does your mate's wife still go and if so where does she sit - #halftimeparty Yes,they do still go.They sit in the south end of the West stand,you cant miss them,a big shopping bag and she is Irish!!They are touring NZ at the moment but feel free to tap them up for some free quality food!

When I was there I used to call the misses and give her a run down on everything that just happened in the first half like I was working for some tv show.i doubt she cared as much as I did but she put up with it, true love haha
