Russell Slade has been quoted as saying that Batt will miss the rest of the season with a hamstring injury.
January can't come soon enought in my opinion and we need a few new faces in if Orient have any ambition of promotion or even playoffs and not let the season drift away due to injury/tiredness.

Yes our injury list is getting longer by the games we play!What can we do though.We cant bring 3-4 expensive players in because of the wage cap and we certainly wont be buying anyone so I suppose that leaves the loan market to use but Russ needs to be able to sign quality if we really want to challenge the top boys! Great result today by the O's,fantastic effort but sooner or later effort will not be enough. |

Batt has just Tweeted, that he has seen a specialist today and he doesn't need an op and should be back in 3 months.
So all being well he should be back for the final push to the end of the season.

Well that's good news but he still may only be back for the last few games. Orient still need someone in. Why can't some London based Prem. Team loan us a player or two like Spurs used to do?!

I agree Kbola I was mightily impressed with some of those Arsenal youngsters in the pre season friendly
Apparently Chuba Apkom is been loaned out by the gunners in the January window clubs trying to sign him are Brentford MK Dons Petetborough and Leyton Orient
So we have a 1 in 4 chance of getting him
Hopefully Russ and Arsene are buddies and we can get this lad here
