Maybe I have a skewed view of the world but allowing this individual to set foot inside a football ground again astounds me.

Chances are he will back inside a football ground within 3 years. Unless he has to report to a police station whenever Swindon are playing how do you stop him ?

I personally do not think the sentence handed to this individual will not deter other wannabes / idiots from entering a field of play in any sport
They say the law is an ass
I rest my case your honour

Does seem a little light.
I knew a Millwall fan that got banned from the Den. Didn't stop him going to all the away games at all.

Would have thought a minimum of 5 years, but still can't see how they are going to implement this without some technology.

With so many people unless your a knob and sit back in your normal seat it's impossible to deter banned Members, my dads mate is banned from a particular ground in the Australian league yet every time we play them at there ground he's the first one in.

The club can still ban him for life if they wanted but has said it is impossible to Police and can easily return.
