Shambles of a club. Just like Coventry. How this is allowed to roll on month after month is a kick in the teeth to the likes of us, Walsall, Crewe and all the others that have are run well. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/23367017

Southend were a club with great expectations and through the years have been well supported. I hope they get themselves sorted and their new ground built and along with the O's be a successful club.I for one miss playing them as I like the support they bring and us to them and view them as our our local rivals, which should be WHU of course, but not in my lifetime!

Feel sorry for the fans. I know a few old guys who have supported them for years and don't deserve this. Lets face it. it could happen to us but thankfully BH is a good Chairman and really supported the club, but what would happen if be pulled out???

Who care's about Southend, hopefully they go out of bussiness, then they can all go and support West Ham. That way we can hoard all the pikeys into one club rather then having them spread out over 2.
