Being a computer dick head , can someone please explain ( in simple terms ) how I put a picture on my name profile , up the os .

Try clicking at the top Profile then edit profile,it's in there.

What picture do you want as your avatar? Is it on the internet or on your computer?
Answer that and I'll walk you through it.

either , I have a few pics on my computer , also there are one or two I might use off the internet , off to the pub now , many thanks mate .

Click Profile
Click Edit Profile
Click Uploaded/Linked
Chose an image from your computer or copy and paste the link of the image from the internet
Click Link Image
Click Save Avatar Changes
That should sort it
