I think Loza from the limited amount I've seen of him, is a fantastic talent.
From Slades point of view, he'll have looked at who fits best in the dressing room and as both youngsters have pace and give him a similar option, I'm sure that will have been the deciding factor.

Yes month up
2 appearances 1 goal
Good luck to the young man shame we could not utilise him more during his stay with us
Is Loza a possible M'Poku impact player I dearly hope so
I loved watching M'Poku On the ball very skillful and quick to
Doing well at Standard Liege a first team regular and there chief penalty taker

I think Coulthirst will be a talent. He just seemed a little young at the minute.

I hope and expect to see a lot more of Loza for the rest of this season and not wasted on the bench.

I'd be really excited if you have a Dagnall/Loza partnership for the Peterborough game, I'd pop Bartley in for James too. Been impressed with Bartley until his injury, if he continues to play I think he and Vincelot could be our best midfield.

Would Loza / Dagnall not be too lightweight? When Lisbie isn't playing i always feel we struggle to compete physically. Like against Rotherham. Think James (and Vincelot) has played really well this season and Bartley has struggled to get in the team because of this. He'll get his chance and i'm sure he'll get better with games played.

That could be said, but Simpson wasn't involved in the Rotherham game. Dagnall whilst small is good at holding the ball up, we just need to play it to feet, and we've got the pace to play it in behind Peterborough's slow defence. I think it'd be good to give Lisbie and Mooney a rest, bring on Mooney for the last half hour.
I also think James has been great this season but I think we need to give him a rest, looked leggy against Rotherham and the conditions didn't help him. Think we need a physical presence in there with Vincelot and really try to dominate the middle of the park.

It's good to be talking of depth within our squad. Someone mentioned it somewhere on here about Batt coming back. That could be a massive catalyst for the run-in.
Regardless of what you think of Batt, you have to mark him, cos he has pace to burn and is a big lad too.

This young mans loan deal ends on the 8th March I think it's such a shame his development has been close to Zero whilst at the O's,I think he looked a decent enough player the few times I saw him
I doubt he will come back to us so I want to wish him all the very best with his future and a big thank you for trying his best in a Orient shirt

This young mans loan deal ends on the 8th March I think it's such a shame his development has been close to Zero whilst at the O's,I think he looked a decent enough player the few times I saw him. Difficult decisions to make. You normally loan players to supplement your squad, and in certain cases, enhance them (Eldin). You can't blame Russ for not playing him as we're top of the league, so he's more than justified the squads he has put out. This squad is quite tight-knit and you don't really want to disrupt that by bringing in loan players at the expense of your own. Loza, Shaq and Ness came in and plugged gaps when we needed them. As it turned out we probably didn't need them as much as was expected. In my opinion Shaq still looked a youth player, Ness looks classy but can't dislodge James and Vincelot (different type to Bartley). Loza looks the one though, i think he could be a star and in any other season would've probably played 10-15 games by now. But as we know, this season is turning out to be a bit different to most Orient seasons. But how could you drop Lisbie, Mooney, Dagnall and to a lesser extent Simpson?

I would rather have Loza coming off the bench with 15-20 minutes left if a goal was needed than Simpson.

That's partly my point. What is the point of him being here nicking a wage ? I would rather Loza on the bench. I suppose Batt coming back quicker surprised everyone.

We have Mooney, Lisbie, Dagnall, Batt, Simpson and Lasimant.
I rate Loza and hope he wants to stick around for a bit more experience than youth training at Norwich, but I can't see it happening. Think he'll go back.
