Do you think that the next six weeks will determine Orient's season. It's obvious that the pitches will get worse and some of them barely playable and ours will be in a mess after our run of home games.I don't think it suits our style of play having to carve out results in conditions similar to that on Saturday. Will it affect Brentford and Wolves as well as us and allow the pack to catch up.It could be a case of long ball football for a while but are we suited to that? I will be pleased to make the play offs and a chance to regroup.

don't know that I would be pleased to make the play offs rather go up automatically, than go through the play off lottery, on playing surfaces I think our pitch will hold up this year,

Credit to the ground staff for keeping our pitch so good.

My head and my heart are at loggerheads. The innate pragmatism of being orient suggests a record points tally to finish 3rd and then lose to rotherham in the play offs. HOWEVER This season is bucking trends and we could just sneak through automatically

Obviously going up automatically is much better option, however if you do win the playoffs if creates a great buzz and everyone remembers it. Also I know a bunch of people who have said they will come support Orient if they reach Wembley ha ha

Provided we can stay fit I think we definitely have a chance of automatic, regardless of the pitches etc., crowded programme. You wouldn't normally back us against the rest in that sort of situation maybe but we do have a priceless commodity this year in an exceptionally good team spirit. All things being equal our defence is also as good as anyone elses. Entering the last quarter, whether we have enough quality and stamina going forward, week in, week out, I'm not so sure. We possibly saw that last Saturday. We are not totally bereft of reserve strength up front but we don't have a lot of raw physicality. I look forward to Batt's return at some point, maybe in say 4-6 weeks. I think he could have an important part to play.

I sincerely hope your right Ramrod but perhaps I don't share your optimism.Conditions will play havoc with our passing game from the back and our forwards aren't" chasers".Any more conditions like last week and we might not even reach the playoffs but we'll see!

There'll be a few twists and turns yet, i think we'll run both Brentford and Wolves all the way. With a bit of luck we could sneak it. We also have considerably more games at home than away. As long as we start gunning for teams at home we could actually do it!

Sitting on the fence a bit there MungO.Do you really think we will go up automatically, yes or no and it's no good being close to going up. I don't.

I think we'll finish 3rd on an unprecedented 95 points or something ridiculous like that. I think that in the play-offs we'd probably lose over two legs to someone. I'll be crestfallen.
What worries me is that teams don't fear us like they do Wolves and Brentford. I'm not quite sure why that is as the table shows statistically that we're as good, if not better than both. Any ideas why that is?

I'm worried if Cox or Odubajo get's injured we don't really have anyone to cover the wings!

In a way I would rather us finish 5th with about 3 games to go so we have a chance to get over the emotion of not making the auto spot and to give players a rest instead of just missing out after battling all season, emotionally draining!!! I have always thought teams don't fear us because of who we are and we are not convincing enough, especially in this last half of the season. I also think the GK will play such an important part for the rest of the season and I have some doubts.

Good shout, I'd like to see Loza on the wing. Do you know when Batt is due back? I thought it'd be the start of March at the earliest? We've got about 6 games to get through before he'll be in the frame. I think he'll make a big difference though if he can find his early season form.
