I have heard this on almost every big development. The developers get outline building acceptance with the authority by promising a development with, a school, medical centre, open spaces, retail outlets etc. When everybody including local residents are happy the specific plans go in. You guessed it there is no school, medical centre etc just residential development packed as tight as possible.

Another thing how can Brady say they have kept their promise to regenerate the area. Once the land is sold Wet Spam have no say in any future development.
