To quote Edmund Blackadder "I have a due sense of exhaustion and dread"

I can't say I'm particularly looking forward to it tonight. All I want is to mix the team up a bit. Freshen up, give Gorman, Loza, Ness and Bartley a run out. Drop Vincelot, James, Dagnall and then take Cox off after the hour mark for young Johnny Gorman to get a run out

Completely peed off here. At the moment, it looks as though I won't be able to go. Well, I could, but someone might call Social Services. There will be a small crowd, yet it feels to me like the biggest game of the season so far.

As we near the end of the season, every subsequent game becomes the biggest of the season so far. In that scenario, this is a relatively trivial game.

I have seldom missed a home game in years but today I dont feel too good with a bad cold and looking out the window now at the rain and wind I get more feverish and the shivers but I feel I must go and support the team but not too excited.

Could be my first missed home game of the season only because of the pending tube strike it would be difficult to get back to London Bridge in time for the last train back to my remote part of East Sussex
And the last time I drove to a match my car was broken into on Buckingham Road so that's a definate no no
