russel slade criticises os fans tonight for there cheering, everytime our keeper jalal caught the ball, he said that no professional player deserves that ,well to be honest to you mr slade I must say I don't like that sort of thing myself, having said that perhaps if we had a keeper who could catch a ball with some degree of comfort the fans would not have jeered him so much , then again if your tactics would have been better the keeper would not have had to flap so much under pressure all the time, AND AS FOR SAYING YOU WOULD HAVE RATHER OUR FANS STAYED AT HOME, IS AN INSULT TO THEM, THEY PAYED GOOD MONEY TONIGHT TO COME AND SEE THAT , PERFORMANCE. yeah of course some of our fans were disappointed to see a bad performance like that tonight ,its not like they want to jeer our players, its the passion in them for there club to play well ,of course there will be the fans who make no noise, and tell other fans its wrong for them to act this way , im sure the fans of this club deep down want the best for its players and there team, having said all that mr slade please don't say YOU WOULD RATHER OUR FANS STAYED AT HOME , THEY WERE HERE BEFORE YOU AND WILL BE LONG AFTER YOU HAVE GONE .

YOU WOULD RATHER OUR FANS STAYED AT HOME , THEY WERE HERE BEFORE YOU AND WILL BE LONG AFTER YOU HAVE GONE . Very well said sir. I am not one for bandwagon criticism but if the players and chief are too precious to accept merited criticism it will end in tears

Shut up Slade. Your team has just thrown away three games in a row so instead of criticising the fans you should look at your own tactics or lack of them.
Positive thinking will only get you so far.

Luckily, I stayed at home, so at least I'm not being criticised.

I like Russell Slade but be is out of order to start to criticise the fans. I guess he made this remark in temper and not like him. Fans rule as many clubs have realised to their cost.

I've seen them come and I've seen them go
Be no different for Senor Slade when his time comes but I will applaud his effort

I think Bazza Hearn is not interested in 'little' Leyton Orient's future but in lining his own pocket. Doesn't matter who the manager is if the owner says he can never have any money.

I don't know where you are coming from to say Bazza is only interested in lining his own pocket. He, over the years he has been Chairman, has paid out every year from his own money and with the budget ruling nobody can just inject cash into the club. He has been imaginative in financing the free season tickets to increase the budget. What else can he do?

I assume you mean Bazza to buy the players from his money. Do you not understand the 60% budget Rules?

Sorry kbola but I think your frustration is ruling your brain on this occasion. In an earlier post it was"shut up Slade"type of rant, now it's "the owner". We are little Leyton Orient like it or not.Just have a look at how few fan's have come through our gates during this very successful season so far.We are one of the poorer clubs hence finances and the fair play things go hand in hand.If you expect Orient to pay out proper money AKA Wolves and the like your at the wrong club! We will have to have a lot of luck on our side to win promotion and that seems to have disappeared.

This 60% rule wasn't about when he took over! I have to write of the losses of what I own,and u can get round the 60% rulling, lots of clubs are doing it.

Obviously your heart is in the right place pandy but when was the last time the O's pulled in good crowds? In reality we are only pulling in what some of the clubs in the conference get. I think that uncle Barry would spend every penny of the gate money on the club but he is not going to chuck it down the drain. We could have spent proper money on one player, perhaps a keeper, then one bad injury and there goes the budget. On the other hand you might want to ask around and see if anyone want's to buy the club and then chuck money at it and we will still be watched by a mere 4500 fans,if we are lucky.

If Russ chooses to criticise the fans, then I am right behind him.
If a fan chooses to criticise anything then he is an idiot, orient are the best team in the world, simple as
