We do every time. If Ruel goes too, there is another one we have lost. To think Ross/Ling kept playing Alabi ahead of Ruel last season. It beggars belief. To think Alabi got the nod ahead of anyone last season beggars belief.😀 Alabi talks a good game and seems to have convinced the powers that be that he was worth having another look at. Seems like they viewed him as in impact player coming off the subs bench in the last 20 minutes of the game to chase every loose ball that was going, the ''Cunning plan'' did not work though !

To think Alabi got the nod ahead of anyone last season beggars belief.😀 I think the thinking behind it was for Alabi to come on for the last 20 minutes or so and run around chasing every loose ball in the hope of creating pressure and perhaps create some space and chances to score. Unfortunately the plan did not work.

Unfortunately the plan did not work. I think it was because he had the first touch of Prince Andrew.

Actually I think our wage budget was between about £3-4m. Must have been overpaying most of them.Very few came through the season better than they were during the championship season.Perhaps the carrot of the higher wage was the reason we were National League champions.
