Notorious Cannibal Holocaust director Ruggero Deodato has died aged 83. Has anyone seen it? I got it thinking it was going to be just another silly B Movie horror film. Oh dear, they were right. It was truly gruesome and VERY disturbing. He got arrested as the Police actually thought the actors got murdered. As part of their contracts they had to ‘disappear’ for a year to create the illusion they were dead. The only film I can remember that really turned my stomach.  |

The Queen seems to have set off a chain reaction. I've never known so many famous deaths since her departure. Most of those were people I really liked and weren't expecting to leave us. I think Kirstie Alley was for me the biggest shock, and the saddest. Pele's death was a bit unreal. The biggest football icon of them all. I thought he was here forever. Who's next ? 2 more days then we start again   |
