I've just signed a new Sky deal.One never knows when you are being diddled with all the newspeak.I will look and see if they have lowered my bill. I asked them to do away with UHD,i have a top class TV and there does not seem much difference in HD and UHD. |

The great actor Robert Duvall turned 92 today. His great acting performances span decade after decade. To Kill a Mockingbird, the Godfather, Apocalypse Now, the Great Santini, the Paper and on and on. I think I may have to rewatch a couple of those.

Just been reading the comments on Gianluca Vialli in the online DT.My dear friend died of that awful disease.Not the usual place footballers come from,but a great player.Always showed what he was.RIP Gianluca.

I've got a Juventus shirt and always think of him when I look at it. I was gonna have his name and number put on the back of it but never did.
From Italia '90, Ch4 Football Italia, Chelsea, and as a TV pundit, he was always a favourite of mine.
He had a good attitude and always seemed to be smiling, although on the pitch he would always argue his case.
I'm shocked and sad about this news. A great footballer, a nice chap, and loved by many.

off of Fencepiece Rd, Chigwell, if I'm remembering right (the road not the commentary),
near to Bobby Moore's house after he'd left Manor Rd, Chigwell.

RIP Vialli.
A wonderful footballer and seemed like a lovely man.
My friend in West London always tells how, as kids, they figured out where Vialli lived and would go and knock on his door.
Instead of being annoyed he would smile every time and sign their football or shirt

Lisa Marie Presley has died aged 54 from a cardiac arrest. That’s sad..I met her a few years ago at a charity do in a village called Rotherfield(where she lived at the time) she had a few issues but came across a genuine nice person ..RIP |
