She was many a young boy and man’s dream at night !
Made some brilliant films and starred with the best of Hollywood. Amazing women who still looked fantastic into her later years. So sad she has gone. Looking forward to them putting lots of her movies on tv over the coming weeks.
RIP Gina, much loved and will be much missed.
These greats are leaving us fast. Thank the Lord we still have Sophia Loren !!

RIP David Crosby aged 81. Came to prominence with The Byrds and went on to be a founder member of Crosby, Stills & Nash. Heading “Eight Miles High” on board the “ Marrakesh Express”?

Went to see C, S & N in London, late 70s Probably. Steven Stills came onto stage and said, "here we are in London and it would be a dream come true for us .... but our instruments are at the airport - probably. They put together a great show with various begged, stolen and borrowed stuff. I didn't know Stills was an ace bluegrass banjo picker. |

RIP David Crosby both great bands he was in, really like "Eight Miles High" good escapism song of my earlier days. Hope the O's players feel "Eight Miles High" for the rest of the season and travel on the “ Marrakesh Express” into Div1 as champions.  |

For me, the song that sums up the wonderful summer of 1968 He must have co wrote ( with Mack David) a huge number of what became 50’s & 60’s standards - “ Story of my life”, “ Anyone who had a heart” , “ Say a little prayer”, “ Always something there to remind me” etc,etc. |

I hate to hear about Raquel Welch. Iconic and a groundbreaker who made plenty of big movies and played an important part of the shift from the blonde bombshell actress to stronger actresses. She also plays a very important concealer of the big secret in one of my personal favorite movies, The Shawshank Redemption. God bless.
