I was at Charlton v Liverpool in the Premier league and that day Lisbie ran them ragged and bagged himself a hattrick. It was arguably his greatest game, that day he was unplayable and Michael Owen and Gerrard just watched a sublime performance and there was nothing they could do.

The rest as they say is history He did..But only after he initially turned us down because we couldn’t match Millwall’s wages..But injuries ruled that out..eventually he got back to Russell who originally gave him a short term contract.. |

On a sad personal note my uncle Arthur who everyone in our family thought was 95 years old as that's what he told everyone and who i had the pleasure of escorting to Normandy earlier this year passed away peacefully in his sleep last night at the grand old age of 98.He told me that he felt guilty for leaving his pals behind in France and now he can finally be reunited with them.He was a modest and gentle man god bless him.
