I will give him 1 3/4 of bad seasons before uncle Barry sacks his boy but personally I hope he is successful for a long time yet.

He will obviously get the blame for the other board being down again , this will lead to a bad season and the push about half way through .

There's too much optimism, I think we are going to have a really awful season. Bottom of the league at Christmas, 20 points away from safety but it won't be Slade's fault. Loads of injuries will cause us to really struggle with our tiny squad and we'll be desperately searching for emergency loan players to fill the starting 11.
Fan pressure will cause Hearn to act and he'll be sacked in January.
