Sorry Thor but there is No evidence to support your believe that he is a good coach. Nice bloke everybody says and supports him and I am sure JE and all spoke highly of him as a person but he is not and was not a “good coach”. Well RE did OK taking what was essentially a load of NL players up to 11th spot . Most of those players ended up in NL. |

Maybe they lied to you out of support for a friend, maybe they were mistaken. Who knows but I will change my mind when there is evidence that Ross was a good coach/manager. The proof of the pudding……. Seems to me Thor actually has evidence. Where is your evidence that he is not a good coach. Ok it didn’t work out completely at orient but that doesn’t make him a bad coach. He is well respected in his field. I think you are getting mixed up in terms of coach and manager/ head coach. |

He was a coach when we won the national league, you are not part of something like that if you’re not good enough, otherwise we’d all do it, wouldn’t we?

I don’t get what’s wrong with some people Ross Embleton left our club in mid table in league two and helped us win the National league championship he stepped in when nobody else would he never got us relegated but all he seems to get is criticism he’s never criticised the club when he left.It’s shameful it really is

Let’s just sack all our coaches and just keep RW as he is the only one doing anything. Same with every club out there. There are plenty of examples out there of managers / coaches etc all not doing a great job at their first club or even second club and then later in career it works out and they are praised as being great managers. RE didn’t do a bad job at all just wasn’t what the chairmen quite wanted and the decision was made. Your comment is a joke. |

How did Man Utd win anything ever under Sir Alex cos he never took training sessions, he had his coaching team deliver the sessions whilst he observed. Justin was the driving force for sure but he still needs his coaching team to coach, be sound boards, provide feedback, provide support and so on. One man can't do it all. Taxio is on a crusade here. |

Who was your manager when you were playing Thor,anyone we would know.I knew many players from the non league scene.One of the club managers lived in my road and the secretary of many clubs.My boss was a prolific player in non league and a couple of workmates.

At Orient Dario Gradi was my first manager, followed by Peter Eustace and finally Pat Hollland. Frank Clark had me training with the first team during school holidays when I was 15. After that Dave Prentice, Trevor Harvey, Alex Walsh, Martin Busson, there is another Martin who worked with England youth but I can't remember his surname. |

Sensible move if they want to go in a different direction.
They gave him enough time to reach the playoffs and he has them nowhere near relegation.
Makes sense to make the move now and get your new guy in to get 8 or 9 games under their belt before the end of the season otherwise they'd have just played out the last few games with nowt to play for.
