Someone’s put on orient chat that agayie is out for season and drinnan gone to Bradford. Can’t see anything on orient site Do we get rid of a striker after ruling another out for the season? Find it hard to believe both of these things can be true.

Richie just said on Radio London Dan has torn his hamstring it's not as bad as we feared but his season is over and he will be put for 12 weeks.
That's a big blow for the lad, gutted for him.

The question has to be, did we over play him? Did he over train? Was he in the red zone?

It's annoying. Pretty much an entire season without our star (for want of a better word) signing. On a positive note, we've seen enough of him to know what a talent he is. Another sensible summer transfer window and next season will be very interesting.

As I feared.. Makes you wonder if the club knew the extent of Agyei’s injury before the transfer window closed ? If so, it’s a bit disappointing that we could only muster two 18 year olds with virtually no EFL experience as replacements!🤔😕

Listen to Richie's interview, he's not a happy bunny. Let Ed Turns go as was going to bring in an experienced striker and we've basically ended up with two kids that have never been out on loan.

Ling said we were outbid or something like that for a more experienced striker. And I'm fine with that. I have my suspicions it was McKirdy but I'm glad we didn't get held to ransom over someone we don't really need. If we were struggling to stay up or fighting for a playoff place I'd have probably a different mindset. But were pretty set for a mid-table finish, let's keep our powder dry, see how Ruel, Forde, Pigott and the two young lads get on and then we can plan if we want any of them back next season.

On that note, Carlisle are in a position to panic and they've ended up with that Armstrong from Harrogate for £350k and he is absolutely s***e.

Fortunately we are in a much better position points wise but there are echoes of the transfer window that ended Jackett’s time in the job.

Find it hard to believe both of these things can be true. Whoever put that on “ Orient chat” was pretty much spot on! Evidently Drinan went to Bradford to sign but they put a hold on the deal because of concerns over his injury history. We all now now the truth about Agyei unfortunately.

Let’s give them a chance.. If Edward’s turns out to be half s good as Kevin Campbell,we may have a player on our hand 🙂

Agyei was hobbling about at Reading (if memory serves) yet didn't get taken off.

We forget under Jackett we hadn’t lost many games in the run up to Christmas ( too many draws) before sickness, injury and covid struck meaning we couldn’t even fill the bench. January was a disaster and KJ in all honesty lost interest and wanted out. He didn’t need us nor the hassle. I really hope history doesn’t repeat itself. RW is a top man. We are unlikely to get better. We know it and so do other clubs looking for a manager, clubs with bigger potential and budgets than us. If I was RW I’d be looking around. There’s big bucks waiting.

Certainly RW has shown his hand quite clearly in todays post game interview. Jackett, as you said had seen and done so much in 20 odd seasons of management that he wasn’t up for the bother any longer. In an ideal situation the club’s ambitions and those of Wellens would align but if they don’t then there will be a parting of the ways sooner or later.

I’ve little doubt behind the scenes opinions differ. Of course they will, that’s life. Differences happen. But a united public face should be agreed and if not, keep quiet. No good can come from two top people proffering completely different views in public. But when the dust settles, emotions and egos are reigned in, let’s hope this settles down and we move on. I really don’t want a parting of the ways. RW is just too good to lose. Are Charlton looking for a new manager? If I were them I’d be on the phone Monday that’s for damn sure.

Wrong about jacket but you keep on talking rubbish along with red. Charlton have Nathan Jones taking over, so RW ain't going anywhere.
If it came down to ling or wellens, bye bye ling in my opinion.
