Theyre probably knackered from Tuesday night ffs Not the fact that we rested on our laurels and let Burton back in the game? And to make them look like one one the best teams we’ve seen this season |

Richie has this in him sometimes -- just goes to sleep through red flag after red flag. |

Burton underestimated themselves it seems. We never really made a "sitter" chance only scored a penalty. Best team won.

We looked like kids tonight. The ref let all the argey-bargey go and that benefited them more than us. Taking Moncs off was questionable but Richie should've made changes earlier cos we looked like conceding for 20 minutes before we did.
That's a massive wake up call tbh. Just confirms that we can raise our game against top teams but look sloppy against those we should be battering. We'll beat Oxford and Blackpool, draw against Wigan and Port Vale, then get slaughtered by Stevenage again.
When all's said and done, it will have been a good season, but I really don't think we're playing for anything at this point.

One game too many for us today.Players did look lethargic to me these things happen we had lofs of young players out there today and our bench looked weak for the first time in ages.We are playing with virtually our second team and have been for most of the season nothing to worry about we're in a great position and will be fantastic next season up the O's

I did not like the fouls, barging, tripping in a discreet way, shirt pulling by Burton. I don’t think they were that bad eca,seen much worse.Afraid to say some of our players lost out big time in the physical part of the game..Their experience players certainly knew what to do. |

We have badly missed Happe since he's been injured and today exposed that weakness and gap like never before.
Beccles had a nightmare performance and the goals were squarely down to him. The warning signs were there the whole game, too slow on the ball, nearly getting mugged off the ball and his pass for the 1st goal you'd be dossapointed if a 10 year old did that. The worry is he can't be dropped, has he now become complacent for his position? Is that why he was so poor today?

I do want to say Moncur was superb as was Prately who did so much work and winning the ball either on the floor or in the air. Credit to them two.

I like to think that with Archibald, Graham, Agyei and Forde/Ruel up front, we would've created more and scored a couple. Even had we won, it would have papered over the cracks appearing at the back. Omar truly balls it up for their equaliser and Rob H was trying to pull the guy down rather than challenge for the ball - he failed in both cases and the guy scored a winner.
In view of the creaky nature of our defence, both today and at Barnsley, maybe we should copy what Burton are doing at the back.
