Burton Albion continue their major rebuild by signing Charlton Athletic goalkeeper Harry Isted on a two year deal. Don’t know whether we lost interest in him or the clubs budget wouldn’t stretch but he was certainly in the frame to sign for the O’s a fortnight ago.
Rotherham also add another player signing trialist Jack Holmes on a one year deal. Elementary!

The Rotund manager is at it again he has made 13 signings so far but is looking to sign 3 more. They have run out of pegs in the dressing room so the Rotund fellow has said I may have to ship out some flotsum to make way for the 3 coming in.⚓️🛥 |

Due to a 4 month lay off due to an injury to the current full back the Posh sign Jack Sparkes from Pompey for an undisclosed fee as a replacement. The Rotund manager is at it again he has made 13 signings so far but is looking to sign 3 more. They have run out of pegs in the dressing room so the Rotund fellow has said I may have to ship out some flotsum to make way for the 3 coming in.⚓️🛥 The Posh are splashing the cash they got from the 3 young departures. Bought a 23 year old Oscar Wallin from Swedish club Degerfos. Centre half, the manager bought him after watching a u tube clip of him. The player was impressed by the managers offer of free entry into Peterborough's Swedish massage parlour. That swung the deal❄️ |

Jordan Brown looked embarrassed as he threw the switch for the solar panel on the East Stand roof.It said he has signed an extended contract,Sky Sports that is.
If it is so,then it is great news.

Orient seem afraid to give 3 year deals. Maybe the George Moncur debacle put them off. Clare signed a three-year deal. We're a stepping stone club for young players. We can't offer much money but can guarantee them first-team football if they put the work in. They get to show what they can do and hopefully move onto bigger things. That's the deal. They don't want to be here for three years. Not on the money we're offering. Older players are different. They know their level and need as much job security as they can get. They want longer deals. George Moncur has nothing to do with how long we sign young players for. And I reckon Brown will be with us for a long time to come. Good player, will continue to improve, but L1 is probably about his ceiling, he doesn't seem to be particularly sought after, and he clearly loves it here. |
