Quite so,a lot of money spent on ground improvements.We have to spend very wisely,but we can get by on loans. Depends how the improvements have been financed. Quite often loans with long payback periods, not uncommon with building works, so the annual repayment costs may well be covered by increased income. Not always of course. Player costs are short term, at our level within the contract period, and can affect finances quicker. |

If the rest of our signings are going to be like London buses,its about time Blakey got em out the garage Blakey is not far away from Brisbane Road. The actor Stephen Lewis who played him is buried at St Patrick's Cemetery just the other side of Leyton station. |

Some of the names I've been hearing we are interested in like Fankaty Dabo a RB relegated with FGR last season and Alfie McCalmont a CM relegated with Carlisle are worrying
These are only rumours and I originally laughed them off but it's a little concerning currently.
I'm hoping Lingy and the club suprise us all next week and bring in some cracking signings, fingers crossed.
