That hair touching seemed like an admission of guilt. There must have been heated words said in the changing room just prior to that interview. Southgate said tireness,Trippier said nonsense not tired. Felt for trippier,missed the final after playing all other games. Shaw looked fat and unfit.looked just like moncur I felt ''Trippier said nonsense not tired'' Ohh never heard that before ? Anyway, Southgate has now resigned !

Walker trying to play right of a three,plus cover advancing wing back led to both Spain's goals.
He was in panic mode against Spain's best player.their first goal was easy for him

She's as fit as a butchers dog and plays ten years younger.she must of been well fed up as England means the world to her. Hope we see her coaching and mentoring the young players.its a real waste otherwise Hi Tommy, Tonight England ladies are playing away to Sweden in the Euro's and yet again Greenwood is relegated to the subs bench ! England must avoid defeat if they are to go to the finals in 2025, this is a group if death with three top side in Sweden, England and France fighting to gain a top two finish. |

We have consultants in as we are installing a new ERP system and two if them are geordies and suppers the Toon. I said to them I'm.off tonight to watch the O's v Welling and he said " yes now that's proper football no more of this fancy dan stiff, real football for real fans" now that I like! |

As Dennisrofe said couldn't believe Alex greenwood benched again.
Replacement carter roasted first half,but steadier second.
Surprised Hannah Hampton started ahead of Earps,and was a bit nervous with handling.
Always a good attitude with these girls like a big family,let's all support them.

I quite like Carter myself but why the persisting with Beth Mead, another player getting into the team on past performance, surely cant be a starter once Lauren James has got over her foot injury. To be fair. Williamson and Bright both played quite well but Toone in midfield passing was poor and she kept getting caught in possession. Stanway needs to her improve her ball control a lot. Surprised at France loosing to Ireland, a nothing game for France being as they had already qualified so I think they may have rested some of their players. Noticed that Fran Kirby, now pensioned off by Chelsea is still in the England squad and came on as a sub for Toone with minutes to go, Serena has her favourites ! Its harder to get into the England Ladies squad than it is to be dropped from it ! |

Yes Hampton could not seem to hold onto the ball once she had caught or collected it, kept dropping it ! The last 15 minutes got a bit nail biting and just like the England men, kept giving the ball away far too easily to the opposition. |

Fran Kirby, a top class player a few years ago but stricken by various illnesses and injuries over the last few years, shame but that's how it goes. Fran had a great partnership with Australian mega star forward Sam Kerr but last season Sam was also out after ACL surgery and it remains to be seen if she can be the same player as she was before her knee injury. Must say the Millie Bright looked somewhere near her best form in last nights match.When Millie came back after long term injury end of last season for Chelsea and England, she was a shadow of the player she had once been, slow and cumbersome, but obviously now improved a lot. Millie is 5'10'' tall and a tower of strength at dealing with any high balls in the box, just as 6 foot 2 inches tall centre back Wendie Renard is for France !
