Apparently off to Swansea, we need to make a decision who we are going to settle on because starting with Howles worries me.
Still plenty of quality available

If he does go there, I wonder how much the transfer fee might be ?

This is not "apparently off to Swansea". This is "apparently Swansea might make a move for him".

About time we got some sort of residual transfer fee.
We've been very unlucky in that regard since the new regime came in.
And with cup runs.

Why would we get any money, he was at the end of his contract

Why would we get any money, he was at the end of his contract Ah yes. We didn't sell him did we. Oh well. No residual fees again. I noticed that Maidstone picked up £4m the other day from a player they sold to Wolves 8 years ago who has just joined West Ham. That's proper game changing money for Maidstone.

Why would we get any money, he was at the end of his contract Surely in the unlikely event of Os getting any sort of money after leaving Os, it would have been when he went to Burnley. He was out of contract and over 24 years old so does not apply.

If he'd been on a 3 year deal or a 2 with a option for a 3rd we've have got some wonga.
But we didn't, and we don't do that. Oh well, must be a tactic to let the good players go for free.
Dan A Ethan G
These two are next up for walking without any cash coming our way.

They should've got more (double iirc) but West Ham bullied them into taking less by saying the deal wouldn't happen otherwise.

Our gain was having Vigs as goalkeeper of such quality without paying a fee.He was with us for a few seasons.

Yeah I listened to that too. Should have been £8m.

Nor nearly what we could have got on a 3 year deal. Dan A will go for free.

Don't be silly. Most likely his legs will fall off 2 games into the season then we'll offer him a contract extension until 2028.
