So much for all this injury nonsense . Looks lean on the shrimperzone video where he praises the coaches (usual stuff to be fair) and on the bench tonight.
Still waiting for the national league verification email so I can watch tonight’s games. So far nothing.

We know most interviews are just trotted out to please us all.
I think we could all see there wasn't much wrong with GM and his fitness.
Don't get me wrong I think we can all see he isn't going to be at the top of the running or the fittest in the squad but our game doesn't suit him.
It's the weigh off between his natural ability and awareness on the ball which far exceeds anything we currently have, or his fitness.
Richie probably loves his ability but GM can't do the pressing.

I fully expect an incoming announcement shortly, well in the next 10 days, otherwise this move is utter madness, especially as we are likely to be paying a chunk of his wages. So a younger, fitter, quality midfielder is going to happen. We need it. No Moncur, Pratley done 5 minutes thus far. Wow. |

Moncur makes his debut for Southend.
Looking at Shrimperzone. Oozing class. A class above, love him already, not fit but F*** class above, great running, good defending. Going down well with the fans. But at NL level he should shine. Wish him well.
