Trouble is Mrb we've changed everything to accommodate Kelman. We are ruining O'Neil because of it.
I said I'd be gutted if Kelman came back as he wasnt goid enough for us league 2 and Wigan didnt play him either! So far I've seen nothing to change my mind other than the first game where he was good. Trouble is Richie has staked his flag to Kelmans mast. Bad move, he is just not good enough in my opinion.

Spot on. It remains to be seen if Kelman can eventually make the grade, but right now he is way off being a league 1 quality player. And as you say, RW has praised him so much, we are stuck with him and a system to accommodate him. But realistically what alternatives do we have? Perkins, don’t make me laugh (or cry). We are screwed. Bringing Kelman back was just another of the s***e decisions made preseason. One of many. Shambles.

I’d love Kelman to be a success and prove me wrong as then Orient win games.
As for Perkins I’m still prepared to cut him some slack. However, is it an attitude issue with him? As a young player trying to make his way in the game, surely you’d be busting a gut to impress the manager and more importantly the players. Don’t underestimate the power of the dressing room, lose them and your done. He is technically good, but like I said at the welling game, he is not a willing runner. By now you’d like to think he’s understood what’s required of him from the manager, but I’m yet to see any discernible difference in his approach. Time is ticking and he needs to sharpen up his act or he will be on the scrap heap quicker than he probably realises.

Our weakness seems to be all over the field on far too many occasions. I would suggest that fixating upon Kelman as the primary source of our current problems is unrealistic and think that what redshank says is nearer the truth.

Richie says we need to play more basic but talk is cheap. Times like this we need more like the Justin way of management and setting up a team. Playing basic is just not in Richies DNA and seems to me he does not like the idea of having a big rough and tough centre forward in his plans. I well remember when we played away to Sutton in the National league promotion season, in the 76th minute James Dayton got a second yellow card and was unluckily sent off after getting his ankle broken and threw his boot off in frustration, what a diabolical decision by the ref that was 1-1 and down to ten men Justin threw on Matt Harrold and went for a win and in the 90th minute the Sutton keeper went brain dead with Harrold and Bonne bearing down on him, picked up the ball and started doing a keepy uppy with the ball !!! It all happened in a flash and he brought down I think it was Bonne, penalty given which Bonne took to score in the 90th minute, what a game and typical Justin attitude of going all out for a win rather than holding on for a draw !

Share Two yellows? A professional foul? A bad tackle? A headbutt?
We have heard too much talk Denis. Yet nothing really changes. We are poor in the final third, the solution - keep doing the same thing. I’m no tactician, never played the professional game. But been round enough blocks to see something is wrong with the way we play. And I don’t believe it’s our core players. As witnessed by the second half shambles against Northampton, don’t seem the players are convinced either. Players ability is not the issue, running yourself into the ground to little effect is. Demoralising. mentally draining. Maybe needs only a small change, starting Tuesday. Exactly, too much talk with no changes. Lets start playing to the strengths of the squad we have available. Unleash O'Neill and Graham tonight and let them show what kind of players they are, time for a change and the system doesn't suit them. Let them take 1v1s out wide

He seemed to be having quite a lot of soreness in his calf muscle in the short time he was on the pitch.

Whats with DJ. Hardly seen him this season. Simple answer, not good enough.. I thought he played very well against Colchester,I watched a lot of the game with the sound off so didn't know who he was.Played well enough for me to look in a programme to see who number 27 was.
