I've always appreciated you guys trying to navigate a middle road between being critical and happy-clappy. A difficult path this season. This podcast covers everything that needs to be considered so I recommend everyone listen in.... including the staff and players.

I sense your frustration guys. It’s shared by many. There is an unmistakable air of things not being quite right and despite assurances to the contrary, results tend to bear that out.🫤

Good podcast and importantly very realistic. Needed to be said. And I agree with the point being made that the club hierarchy could do well to listen to this. And not be dismissive of valid points being made.

My perception which may be incorrect is we all like RW very much and appreciate his passion and achievements at orient (and Swindon ) but we are all also generally loyal to any player that plays for orient.
We want both parties to succeed
In short we the fans are orient supporters not because we demand winning every week but we like the family ethos.
What makes it so frustrating is there is something not quite right in a holistic view but we cannot work out what actually is the prime cause and how it can be rectified.

When our passion is for the club in all aspects to do well and we see it slipping away, without the signs of recovery it does indeed frustrate and leads to harsh words.

Just looked at Wycombes accounts. Last season they lost £3m very similar to us. Accumulated losses of £10m.
Just goes to show what you can do with good recruitment.
Forgot to add 3rd in the league and only 5,400 peeps in the ground.

Great recruitment, wealth has nothing to do with it.

Money goes to money Ten Haag comes from a wealthy Dutch family if you believe reports. No doubt a watertight contract was signed by him. Compensation included in contract on dismissal no doubt. What's the point of success at that level when it's more profitable to fail.

Wycombe owners are worth around 5 billion quid Our owners are not worth anywhere near that sum, yet they are covering similar losses to Wycombe. Yet look at the players they have verses ours. Great recruitment, wealth has nothing to do with it. Most of Wycombe's incomings were free transfers, for example, Udoh and Onyedinma.

Most of Wycombe's incomings were free transfers, for example, Udoh and Onyedinma. Free, But wage demands perhaps high. Soteriou to Rovers on big bucks for example our owners are contributing plenty but have limits. The pressure to secure solid value players important. Done well in some cases, but too many, too often just not good enough. Our hit rate not impressive and we are paying the price.
