Ouch!😣 Some harsh words from the panel especially on pre season recruitment. The Cooper story has been doing the rounds for a little while and the dressing room atmosphere might explain a lot. Hopefully things can be turned around starting this weekend.

It’s all getting rather complex when I hear for the first time something occurred with Cooper
The last thing we need is discord on the training ground ( RW said in the last match post interview that the training ground is fine - or a word similar ).

Some harsh words indeed but needed to be said in my opinion..I agree that something’s not right at the club..At the end of the day we have certainly made some pee poor signings and the evidence is all coming to the fore..This episode covered a lot of what most of us are thinking..All hush hush behind the scene so we will never know what’s going on..The players body language give a lot away..Confidence is low throughout the club..The sooner something is sorted out the better.. |

It's a situation that could get very messy for all concerned. Things seem to have gone downhill since Matt Harrold left and it seemed like he had a very calming effect on the team. |

Thanks all. Often the first signs of cracks appearing are fallings out in the dressing room. Wellens and Cooper both seem like volatile characters too so I wouldn't be surprised.

1.21 PM Just finished listening to the whole of the very enlightening podcast.some of it made me laugh a little.namely the section about signing a couple of lumps,as I thought about those players arriving at Orient knowing they are lumps.Agree there was some very good truths spoken especially about budgets.Agreed that I am one that does go on about budgets,hope I can refrain until the season ends.
Also felt a finger pointing at me on some other issues,in general terms of course.A question that does need conversation is,is RW good enough,we all like him and would hope the all round answer would be yes.
Agree about the not as expected form of the loan players and could we send them back free of charge and get said Lumps in their place.Since the injury of Clare and his playing in mid field we have lost a major member of the team who was making our forwards look very good.They have all given me little hope of winning on Sunday

Wouldn’t be surprised but not too disappointed either. Nothing wrong with passion and sometimes it can spill over into disagreement. Definitely nothing unusual about team mates having a real go at each other.
Storm in a tea cup stuff so long as the issues isn’t allowed to fester. The cause of the altercation is the interesting thing.

He is bound to say the mood in the dressing room and training ground is good. I would like to be fly on the wall after the games against Shrewsbury and Wycombe where I think the talk from him iwould be toxic Especially players like Warrington Perkins and Hemings who have not achieved yet. |
