I don't even use the guiderails. I just run up and down balancing the bovril on my head and juggling the pies as I go. I'm too nimble too quick. I know,I have seen you doing it.

If the unthinkable happens and we don’t manage to progress to Round 2 of the competition will the Board be prepared to remain patient and if so for how long should that degree of patience last? Interested to hear thoughts from you guys.👍 what are you thoughts? My feeling is you don't rate him highly, am I correct? If so why? My thoughts are your feeling is wrong. What are your thoughts? 😀👍

I'd love him to be here in 5 years time. I think he's been sold a pup by the DOF in quality of players being brought in. From the sounds of it, the budget was further increased so should have allowed a better level of player and or wider depth with more coverage or roles. I think we've got our balance of loans to contracts out of kilter a little bit, I'd prefer a keeper to be our own and we've all spoken obout the forward we desperately need. I think that's Richies kryptonite, and where he falls short as he's either blind to it or stubborn to the point where he won't accept it any other way.
This season seems to be an anomaly in that clubs have gone mental in getting players, before the new rules kick in. Hopefully we emerge from this season stronger whilst others weaken themselves financially to get around the system this year.
As the club is up for sale, hopefully Nigel selects the right partner to move us to the next level.
This season is about patience, from Richie, the board and us fans.

You can see and read mine. I guess I get my feeling wrong about you in my observation. Glad you are on board with Richie though.

Glad you are on board with Richie though. Doesn’t matter whether or not I’m on board with Richie so long as the owners are, that what counts. My own view is that in my time we’ve had better managers ( though only two or three) and we’ve certainly had a lot worse. Like anyone though there is a point at which belief can turn into blind faith and then change is both beneficial and necessary. I don’t think we’ve reached that point yet personally but results will need to get better over the next month or so imho. Talking about RW being with us in five years time seems fanciful in my opinion but there you are. Hope that clarifies. 👍

So you think RW is stupid ,well you obviously do by your comments . He must have read his contract , he must have spoken to lots of people at the cub . He has moved his whole family down here so you would think he knows how it all works and I’m confident he does . I’m certain he picks the team and tactics . RW is only human and will learn from his mistakes and he has made a few now . He is a bang average manager for this division ,his record proves that .

Orient have sold more tickets than the home fans so far according to boreham chairman I’d be jinxing it if I said that makes it more like a home game. Not too sure that would help.

Richie will not be sacked. He will take us to the championship in time. We are going through a rough patch, it had to happen at some point. I think personally Ling and Foster need to go before Richie. Finally we will not be paying up £500k to sack him, it ain't happening. Back the manager and back the team. Jack Payne plays for Boreham Wood. Never say never…

Huddersfield passed it around a lot but when they had sight of goal Tamworth's keeper Singh was on song. ☺️

It’s unlikely that the league games will put any additional backsides on seats for the remainder of the season unless there’s a decent cup run. Ideally as far as last sixteen with TV coverage. However I see no good reason to dismiss Wellens who has been the best manager at Orient this century for not making the second round of the FA cup.

The Terriers manager admitting they were not good enough against Tamworth. What an honest assessment but an indictment against the players he manages. They were unable to deal with the predictable long throw and aggressive tackling. Sounds familiar?

Most lower level teams significantly raise their game when paying in the FA Cup against bigger teams. It will be all about who RW picks and the players attitude. If I were RW, I would pick our strongest possible team.
