I really hope Keeley can step up and save a couple and RWs job. Irrespective of the result today though I think a lot of damage will have been done. Is that tough in cheek or do you really feel RW's job is on the line? The stat of winning little since March or so is alarming. I know our form is awful and, to me, there must be is something unsettled somewhere at the club, but I can't see RW being sacked. There's too much love for him and do we have the money to pay him off. There's still a way to go before he's gone, me thinks. Yes, two months yet, won't be sacked before January. |

BOOOOM! Into the second round. I kept the faith 💪💪 Orient scraped through by being marginally less bad than a NL South team at penalties. No credit or glory from this one, just tired legs and the same soft underbelly exposed for Blackpool to exploit. |

Played reasonably well for 60 minutes and should have been further ahead. Unnecessary substitutions disrupted and weakened the team DJ & Oberio were particularly poor imho. Last half hour and extra time we were all over the place . It will be very interesting to hear RW’s post game comments. Victory or not he can’t have been pleased with that.

We'd find the money to sack him if the drop was staring us in the face. It'd be a real mess though for all concerned, including for RW on a personal/family level. People need to chill out, Richie ain't going nowhere. We are in a bad run of form, he's been given substandard and ill equipped players for the level. He has demonstrated the ability to develop players and I'm sure in time some of these will develop nicely, others will be discarded.
