Saw Terry at the hot dog stall in the Broadway Debden,I especially noticed the polished brass toe caps on his shoes when they were fashionable.Terry was certainly a bit of a lad and I do believe he wrote the Hazell books.

Best England manager in my lifetime, his team played beautiful football. When my son told me he had sadly passed I told him his team were superb, should have won euro 96 and his Christmas's tree formation was something else!

RIP El Tel a crafty player and a great manager. Iread one of his biographies when Dave Mackay welcomed him to Tottenham with a ferocious tackle. As Terry laid in a heap in the Gym, Mackay leaned over him with a grin and said welcome to Tottenham. You couldn't make it up. |
