Not surprising, we have been poor of late. if that’s the case let’s hope we get a proven quality manager. And look at the back room staff too. There are decent people out there. We are an ambitious club, or say we are, so let’s find out. and quick. We need to be bringing in players.

This thread turned out to be a tad prophetic in the end. Perhaps the original process which ID'd Jobi as the right person to oust Ross at the time it was done - is now regarded as not fit for purpose. So how will our board of non-football people decide who and how the football side of the business will be taken forward? I don't know how they'll do that, I hope they do.
