What happened to Wright today today? and Duroyaiye, Waithe, Copeland, Heath, Lynch, Tabor, Hughes... I feel a bit embarrassed asking the question.

Monday evening update on lofcwomen.com
Thanks to LarryO braving the cold and mud at Buckhurst Hill yesterday, we have a 20 photo slide-show and a three-and-a-half YouTube video of the women battling to a hard fought victory over a very determined Hounslow Utd side. We're testing things out to see if video is a viable option so it's baby steps for now.
Enjoy and let us know if this is a feature you'd like to see.

Nice one Fisch. Our number 8 on the right wing looks useful from what you've posted. Were the goals captured or are you not allowed to show them?

Nice one Fisch. Our number 8 on the right wing looks useful from what you've posted. Were the goals captured or are you not allowed to show them? We decided to try video late in the game so that's all we have. It was more a trial of Larry (the camera guy) doing his best with his mobile phone and then getting clips to me for editing. It worked OK so we'll try a bit more next time. We're not restricted in what we publish but we do have a keen eye on what we see as our responsibilities to the club and the people in the team. No 8 is Hannah Jenks, a recruit at the start of the season, Hannah played a much higher level before, l think it shows.

So far our player of the match is our ‘keeper.. Well beaten today. I have about 15 vid clips from Larry (Our man in Buckhurst Hill ) and it's clear that Brentford are stronger, bigger, more athletic and they press hard. I noticed that when we had the ball, there were very few options, when they had it, there were unmarked players everywhere. They were comfortable on the ball too. In the end, well beaten by a superior opponent. Final score of 0:5.

Sadly, today's U18s league match at Loughton versus Kings Hill was lost to the weather. All eyes now turn to Hornsey tomorrow where the O's premier women's side take on Islington Borough in an important league match. I understand there's something going on in Reading this afternoon too

Looks like Islington’s 2 goal in 2 minutes has done the damage lt did indeed, we had plenty of efforts but they all came up short one way or another. I do have a question though, we have some top players... Madeline Wright, Charlotte Lynch, Kirstie Jackson, Layla Crouch-Salmon, none were in the squad. There are others like Amelia Pearce, Ellie Landen, Sophie Tabor .... Where are they all?
