The women's MBM craps all over the men's one tbh 👏 That sounds nice but what is MBM? Ah, apologies. MBM stands for minute-by-minute, as in the live text feed. Can differ depending on the sport, eg. cricket is usually reported live as an OBO (over-by-over), snooker FBF (frame-by-frame), etc.

"throw-in to the Os" "Ball goes out of play" Hmmm.

Hi folks, it's Thursday evening and that means it's match preview time at LOFCwomen.com
It is some sadness that women's team staffers and players have been required to pass information only "directly to and through the club from now on" (iow: not to us). We don't know why this is, we are endeavouring to find out what it's all about. Meanwhile, we are pleased to include plenty of input from our hosts Hammersmith WFC, this Sunday's opponents in an important GLWFL match. You can read our view of ahead on Sunday's match along with the input from our opponents HERE. They will also be assisting us with our regular text commentary from the game on Sunday so we can provide live updates from both sides. The under 18s probably have a game, we understood they will play arch rivals Haringey but the league's website makes no mention of it and we're unable to get confirmation from our own club.

I hope this at least means the club is going to actually promote the women's team properly now. I mean no disrespect, Fisch, because you've done a brilliant job, but it's comical that our only real source of women's team news is coming from an expat fan living on the other side of Europe.

Fisch its you that convinced me to review my previous stance on women's football. Keep going cos I appreciate what you do are doing and trying to achieve as our own club do nothing to promote the women's team.
It's a big thumbs up from me.

Just as well they weren't playing at home. Came past there yesterday at 4pm and the car park was under water as was the field opposite.

That pitch looks like a full size FIFA rated 3G. Last week the pitch looked a terrible surface to play on as if cows had been grazing on it. This week we could actually get the ball down and play and the best period was when we scored by moving the ball around on the floor. From the highlights it looks like we at least deserved a draw if not more.
Fisch good link up with the podcast lads as well.

I was wondering if they were playing rugby union rules ... 15 a side. 😁
Getting regular video content from Larry P's work, I've been surprised at the level of fitness all the teams seem to have and there's very little blind hoofball.

I'm guessing this was called off yesterday? The only games going on where I live were 4g pitches. Still it let me get out to the garden to do some jet washing and repairs to ballastrades and a gate which suffered in the high winds recently.
