Too much jockeying for position on this one. Just trying to sort out the runners and riders!😄

Noticed yesterday one or two in the TJS complaining about JP and how he was “ a waste of time”! Similar comments being expressed on the “ other “ board in some posts as well. I hope this is not the start of a scapegoating campaign against him.😳

Feel sorry the the bloke..Looks like he’s going to be our latest striker to score wherever he goes except for us! To many of those over the years..Unfortunately we’re not playing to his strength

Still finding his feet I hope, but what I have seen so far he does need much better service.

He made four quite decent attempts at goal yesterday and gave the Stevenage defence some work to do in the time he was on. I reckon he's a good player for us.

His best move was when he walked off without missing a step.

Not quite hitting the heights but he will. Was delighted when we signed him and he will come good. But hope it’s sooner rather than later. Have no idea why he didn’t start yesterday.

RW has said on more than one occasion that he sees Pigott as a player who can fulfil a “Teddy Sheringham” type role rather than an out and out CF. Unfortunately circumstances have meant that he has not yet been given the opportunity to play in that capacity.

Maybe Drinan leading the line with Pigott sitting behind him as a second striker. So not a Forde Vs Pigott situation as I assumed. Where does Sotiriou fit? Will it be Forde/Drinan to lead the line with Pigott/Sotiriou playing behind them?

Just a personal view but for me I could see Forde or Drinan as the lone striker with Pigott or Moncur playing in behind. Again, just a personal view, but I don’t see Sotiriou as a starter.

Always thought of Ruel as a "super-sub" who comes on with half an hour or so to go. Yesterday again he had a couple of purple patches and was very quiet for the rest of it. He's not actually bad at tackling when he puts his mind to it. Drinan/Forde up front, Moncur and Piggott behind is my choice.

Very hot and cold when he starts. But good to bring on later in the game. Pigott/Moncur is a decent call.
