Not a transfer but before Xmas Charlton released a winger called Charlie Kirk (26) who they had signed 2 years previously from Crewe for £500k. Charlie Kirk is now a free agent having played 260+ games. Could he be the winger we are looking for? He ticks all the boxes. Good age to still develop, plenty of experience, free transfer, winger, 6'1", great pedigree having come through the Crewe academy. Former Reading triallist Olamide Shodipo is back on the free agent market following his exit from Lincoln City . Worth a punt surely if only to listen to Dulcet Dave try to pronounce his name!😂😂

Apparently Luton are recalling Joe Taylor from Colchester where he has scored 12 in 25 games, and placing him with a league one team. If true is he on our radar? signs for Lincoln on loan for the remainder of the season. Be interested to see how he does. |

Charlton also "paid" approx £350k for Gillesphey from Plymouth. They bid £600k for the forward who ended up at Oxford last week whose name escapes me. They've bid £700k for Aaron Collins at Bristol Rovers.
They are proper splashing the cash.
