We've all heard what RW has said about the need for an athletic full-back and a "modern" No 9 but I was wondering who could find themselves not in the starting eleven once the serious stuff starts.
I'm wondering about Jordan Brown and Max Sanders. This is probably an unpopular view but I'm guessing they'll find starting berths hard to come by. Of course, all this depends on how good the recruitment is. There's a lot of work to do.
Who do you think is heading for disappointment?

Not too sure the players you mentioned are heading for disappointment as such. I like Brown, though don’t think he’s developed as I hoped and Sanders who on his day is a good player but seems to struggle with fitness both have a place in the matchday squad. But squad rather than starting 11.
Don’t see that as an issue. These days it’s very much a squad game with frequent changes so I would expect both players to get plenty of pitch time, maybe even starts as RW protects the squad from too many minutes, especially in the 2 games a week periods.
Healthy competition too.

Wouldn’t surprise me to see Charlie Kelman back again. He’s only 22, RW likes him and he doesn’t seem to fit in at QPR.

I believe RW also recently expressed the need for more goals from midfield. I see that Accrington Stanley have apparently accepted a bid from “an unnamed League One club” for 24 year old Tommy Leigh (8 goals last season) . He like the odd yellow card too, so could be ideal for us! 😄👍

Jordan Graham, The guy is lazy didn't really bother to keep even a bit fit during summer non of the Championship clubs wanted him, always failed to live up to potential doesn't take his man on trots down the wing so doesn't turn the defence, plays for himself not a team player, a non flying winger that doesn't thrill. Can cross the ball

Orient once bought a flying winger in Dougie Allder from mill wall he had one great game was interviewed in ITV with Brian Moore in the big match then he disappeared into oblivion.

plays for himself not a team player Ludicrous statement. He has more assists per game than anyone else in the squad. (Only Agyei and O'Neill have more goal involvements per game.) If I have one problem with him it's that he's not greedy enough. He needs to take more shots on.

Can cross the ball Not a fan of his either ,another who flatters to deceive . Yes he can cross a ball but RW doesn’t play with an out and out fox in the box so I don’t understand his logic either . As for Jordan Brown ,still young ,still learning and wants to learn and will be a star in this team or someone else’s team in the future .

He doesn't take shots 'cause he watching his cross go into the box, doesn't like the rough and tumble at the business end. He wont mix it only wants the money but not the graft involved. He wasn't fit or anywhere near it from the start, tells a story of a guy hawked around Championship and no one wanted him because any decent coach could suss him out easy peasy.

He’s only 22, RW likes him and he doesn’t seem to fit in at QPR. hope not as he will not score the goals required to get us anywhere near a play off berth. We got away with his inability to score in league 2 as the midfield and defence were scoring lots of goals. Last in league 1 that stopped so it's important the centre forward scores as the failure behind him to contribute makes it even harder. We can't rely in 1 nil wins to get us 3 points.

Not one of Petchey's finest signings and we lost Fairbrother and Brisley to Millwall. Neither wanted to leave us.
