Lost 6-5 on penalties..Gallant effort ladies Shame that but if you keep your best forwards on the bench until the 70th minute, that kind of thing happens. I guess he had a strategy but I thought the coach kept his powder dry for too long. It's back to the league next week for a key game against the favourites Comets. Lose that and our season is effectively over.

Just finished spraying my fences, waiting for some beers to be delivered and I've seen this. Amazing!
The women didn't give up!
Well done to everyone connected with the team today.

Pivotal games coming up this Sunday in Orient's quest for the premiership title.
We're away at the London 'Accies' and must win - but there are other teams with a role to play.
It's nail biting time for the under 18s too!
See how it's all shaping up at lofcwomen.com/items/240418.html
Shona Chitate-Samuriwo ("Sho-Sho") going for one her 'specials' during the 2:1 win against London Academicals last November. Have pity on the ladies standing down-range.

The O's ladies must win today to stay in the hunt for the title but we also need Camden Town to defeat Richmond and Kew this afternoon which will be of great help. We'll bring you that result as soon as we get it and try to work through the arithmetic possibilities of who'll win the title.
LIVE TEXT Starts at 1:45pm at ...... it's broken
50 mins in , it's 1:1

It was last gasp win courtesy of 2 added time goals from O's favourite Jordan Feldman. Sadly, results elsewhere have put the title out of reach of our heroines.
