Yes agree, Peterborough have ticked all the boxes and seemed to have got the balance just right. They are a good model for many other EFL clubs to follow.
Lastly, yes as to the comment ''as “ boom and bust” of course I had other clubs in mind. Of course it must be a very hard job to run an EFL club, get good results on the pitch and also balance the books season after season.
Peterborough have been developing their system over many years. Nothing wrong in looking at what they do and trying to copy it. But having the infrastructure behind the process may take time. I agree doh. To be fair I don’t think we even have to “ copy” the Peterborough model, just move closer towards it perhaps?👍

I think the O's may not be prepared to foot the bill on salaries for the increase in full and part time staff. But rely as I suspect on players sending in U tube postings of themselves, Agents touting the players they have available on the books and RW contacts in the game of players available at the right price, age, mentality etc.

Been thinking.I was very impressed with Shaq Forde last season and reckon he could do a really good job as a centre forward fo you think it's in the clubs thinking to get him back again and play him as a striker he's got lots of pace he scores goals and could be a great player up front with Agyei

At the beginning of last season Forde was a young raw lad but by the end of the season he was arguably a contender for our player of the season and he showed maturity beyond his years in some of his play and finishing. He will IMO play in the Championship in the not to distant future and if we don't bring him back I'd be very surprised if we are able to anyone in as good

I don't think he grew into the season. He went from always offside to one of our most impactful players overnight.
