My missus at the time did the same, it seems to be part and parcel of the game. Here's a link to our (now just her) racing history. speedflow.co.uk/racing/

The Best 1983 Party = Ever...(On Now 80s Channel) Thinking back to those great times... Even though I had very little at the time it didn't mean I wasn't happy...and I was less than a year in my current job...

Started watching a really weird and surreal set of short films by Jan Svankmeyer that a weird film Facebook group recommended. The sort of thing you watch whilst listening to Hawkwind whilst being off your face.

The Pink Panther (2006)... Nowhere near as funny as the original...
Reminds me I've got a film to watch later.....
Tailgate (2019)
About a mad Van driver who gets the hump when he is tailgated...

If you have a smart television and/or can get you tube. " Joolz guides of London". Is watchable showing Hackney , East London , Markets and City. And other places. Not always factually correct but watchable.

And tomorrow I’m going to give Jan Svankmajer’s surreal interpretation of ‘Alice in Wonderland’ ago. But in English.
It would terrify me if I was a child.

One thing I have not been watching during lockdown is football on TV or streaming.
Miss going to games, but no interest in watching it on TV, no matter who it is

I’m a great fan of the Hammer House of Horror films. Our team is a bit like Frankenstein’s monster, made up from a load of spares parts badly put together. Similar pace.

Similar pace. where do you find those hammer house movies? I used to love them. Don’t seem that fashionable these days. Shame, I used to love them too. Peter Cushing, Christopher Lee. Lee being reduced to dust by the sunlight after biting a few necks. The two Going toe to toe. Plus others whose names I can’t remember. Would all be seen as too simplistic these days. I guess it was, the storyline not very complex. But great fun.

Resident Alien, a comedy about an Alien who crashes on Earth is worth a watch. On Sky 1. On Thursdays I think but repeated multiple times during the week.

Watched a bit of Merlin earlier when I was testing another PC for use as a media centre and I quite liked it... The old PC was limited to 2GB Ram and a Pentium 4 Processor. On board graphics... Windows XP and an ancient copy of Gomplayer... New has roughly the same processor 8 GB RAM… ... Unknown Graphics Card fitted... Windows 7 and Gomplayer Plus… Now has capability to play other formats of video files unlike the old computer which seemed to be limited to AVI.
MKV/MP4 being an example of what I couldn't play before and can play now. New drives ordered to store more Video adding about 9 TB of storage at the moment. Would take four drives on the old machine as it was limited to 2 TB tops per drive.
Just found out Laurel and Hardy collection I have on my drive is subtitled... That will be a good one to watch while Turbo Training... Hope I don't laugh too much.
